Leadership Insight Coaching - Approach

Each of us has a depth of insight sitting within us that we often don’t tap into.  The coaching process allows us tap into our own inherent knowing.  This approach to coaching has a particular emphasis on developing greater insight and wisdom, supporting you to sit with, and work through, the complexities and unknowns of ourselves and our world, in order to find a way forward.

Leadership is deeply needed at this point in human history, but not necessarily the leadership of the past. This coaching is for those who are seeking the depth of learning that is needed to truly contribute to the future of our world.

Each of us bring something unique, what you have and who you are is important and needed. Leadership Insight Coaching can help you understand more fully what that is.

Introducing your Coach:
Fay Andrews-Hodgson MSc

The relationship with your coach is incredibly important for you to get the most out of coaching.  The extent to which you feel you will be able to build a trusting, creative and collaborative relationship with your coach is crucial. Here’s a flavour of of who I am and what I bring.

I feel each of us has a depth of insight sitting within us that we often don’t tap into.  What I love about the coaching process is the way in which it can allow us to connect with our own inherent wisdom.  I’m interested in what makes a fulfilling and enriched life. My coaching approach attends to what it means to be human, in particular at this important point in human history - at a time between worlds.

My coaching experience has always been with leaders in organisations, but whatever the context I take an holistic approach; I coach at depth and with the whole person.  I co-create conditions that support creativity, experimentation, deep exploration and possibility.

I call my approach Leadership Insight Coaching, as my primary focus is about tapping into people’s inherent embodied knowledge, in order to make progress.

  • Leadership Insight Coaching is a conversation, set within the context of a relationship, with the intention of supporting you in your development, as a person and in your Leadership practice. As your coach, I bring expertise in the coaching process and 17 years of experience in the development and organisational development field.  You are the expert in your own field and bring to the coaching process your own expertise, context, strengths and challenges. In partnership we use your experience, your thoughts and your reflections to make progress.

Each session you will bring a topic to be given light and I will bring practices of listening, questioning, observing, noticing and being with you in your exploration, to find the insight that supports you to step forward.

The first session allows me to learn about you. To understand what makes you tick, what motivates you, your values, how you want to work, and together explore the focus of the coaching.
